TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern your use of our Website and services. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by J-Travel Vietnam. By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation and required deposit.
• The deposit amount will be specified in your quotation (typically 30%–50% of total tour cost).
• Full payment must be completed before the tour commencement date as stated in the invoice.
• Late payments may result in cancellation of services without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

• All quotations are provided in writing and clearly state inclusions and exclusions.
• Prices are based on the services, number of participants, and travel dates specified in the proposal.
• Additional services not listed in the confirmed itinerary will be charged separately.
• Prices may be adjusted in case of force majeure, fuel surcharges, government tax changes, or supplier price increases beyond our control.

4. Payment Methods

We accept:

• Bank transfer
• International wire transfer
• Other agreed payment methods as specified in your invoice

Bank transfer fees or international transaction charges are borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Standard cancellation policy (unless otherwise specified in your contract):

• 30+ days before departure: Deposit may be refundable minus administrative fees.
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
• 7–14 days before departure: 70% of total tour cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total tour cost.

Some services (flights, peak-season hotels, cruises) may have separate cancellation policies and may be non-refundable.

6. Amendments & Changes

• Requests for itinerary changes must be submitted in writing.
• Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• J-Travel Vietnam reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or safety concerns while maintaining equivalent service standards.

7. Travel Documents & Insurance

• Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documentation.
• Travel insurance (including medical, cancellation, and personal liability coverage) is strongly recommended.
• J-Travel Vietnam is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

8. Liability

• J-Travel Vietnam acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides, etc.).
• We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from force majeure events including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs.
• We reserve the right to decline participation if a traveler’s condition poses risk to themselves or others.

10. Complaints & Claims

• Any complaint must be reported immediately to our tour guide or operations team to allow prompt resolution.
• Formal claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days after completion of services.

11. Force Majeure

J-Travel Vietnam shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, epidemics, transportation disruptions, or labor strikes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved under Vietnamese jurisdiction.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking and making payment, clients acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
